SafeCircle NON sostituisce i servizi di emergenza (112, 113, 118). In caso di emergenza reale, contatta sempre le autorità.

1. Accettazione dei Termini

Usando SafeCircle, accetti i presenti Termini e Condizioni.

2. Descrizione del servizio

SafeCircle permette di inviare e ricevere allerte di sicurezza geolocalizzate.

3. Requisiti

  • Età minima: 13 anni.
  • GPS attivo.
  • Connessione internet.

4. Utilizzo accettabile

Allerte "Ho bisogno di aiuto":

  • Solo per reali necessità.
  • Massimo 3 allerte ogni 12 ore.
  • Condivide la tua posizione per 5 minuti.

Allerte "Situazione sospetta":

  • Per segnalare situazioni pericolose.
  • NON condivide la tua posizione esatta.

Comportamenti vietati:

  • Allerte false o per scherzo.
  • Molestare o stalkerare altri utenti.
  • Attività illegali.
  • Abuso del sistema.

5. Condivisione della posizione

Accetti che:

  • La tua posizione GPS possa essere raccolta.
  • Durante le allerte "Ho bisogno di aiuto" sia visibile ad altri utenti.
  • Solo utenti entro 150 metri ricevano le allerte (salvo persone "Fidate").
  • Le allerte scadano dopo 5 minuti.

6. Limitazioni di responsabilità

Il servizio è fornito "così com'è". Non garantiamo disponibilità continua né che qualcuno risponda alle tue allerte.

8. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. Le modifiche sostanziali verranno comunicate tramite l'app o via email.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SafeCircle, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service description

SafeCircle allows you to send and receive geolocated safety alerts.

3. Requirements

  • Minimum age: 13 years old.
  • Active GPS.
  • Internet connection.

4. Acceptable use

"I need help" alerts:

  • Only for genuine needs.
  • Maximum 3 alerts every 12 hours.
  • Shares your location for 5 minutes.

"Suspicious situation" alerts:

  • To report dangerous situations.
  • Does NOT share your exact location.

Prohibited behaviour:

  • False alarms or prank alerts.
  • Harassing or stalking other users.
  • Illegal activities.
  • Abuse of the system.

5. Location sharing

You agree that:

  • Your GPS location may be collected.
  • During "I need help" alerts it is visible to nearby users.
  • Only users within 150 metres receive alerts (except "Trusted" contacts).
  • Alerts expire after 5 minutes.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee continuous availability or that anyone will respond to your alerts.

7. Privacy

Read the Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Substantial changes will be communicated via the app or by email.
