- La tua posizione possa essere condivisa con altri utenti durante le allerte.
- Altri utenti possano vedere la tua posizione per un periodo limitato.
- Solo utenti entro una certa distanza ricevano le notifiche.
Dati raccolti
- Dati di registrazione: email, nome, ID utente.
- Geolocalizzazione: latitudine/longitudine, precisione, timestamp.
- Dati delle allerte: tipo, categoria, orari, stato.
Uso dei dati
- Gestione del sistema di allerte.
- Prevenzione abusi.
- Visualizzazione su mappa e funzionamento del servizio.
Condivisione
Con altri utenti:
- Nome e posizione quando invii "Ho bisogno di aiuto".
- Solo categoria per "Situazione sospetta".
Non vendiamo i tuoi dati.
Conservazione (indicativa)
- Allerte attive: 5 minuti.
- Dati temporanei: eliminati automaticamente secondo logiche di sistema.
Posizione durante le allerte
Durante le allerte "Ho bisogno di aiuto":
- La tua posizione è visibile ad altri utenti nelle vicinanze.
- Solo utenti entro 150 metri ricevano le allerte (salvo persone "Fidate").
- Le allerte scadano dopo 5 minuti.
Durante le allerte "Situazione sospetta": la posizione esatta non viene condivisa.

By using SafeCircle, you agree that:
- Your location may be shared with other users during alerts.
- Other users may see your location for a limited period.
- Only users within a certain distance receive notifications.
Data we collect
- Registration data: email, name, user ID.
- Geolocation: latitude/longitude, accuracy, timestamp.
- Alert data: type, category, time, status.
How we use your data
- Managing the alert system.
- Abuse prevention.
- Map display and service operation.
Sharing
With other users:
- Name and location when you send "I need help".
- Only category for "Suspicious situation".
We do not sell your data.
Retention (indicative)
- Active alerts: 5 minutes.
- Temporary data: automatically deleted according to system logic.
Location during alerts
During "I need help" alerts:
- Your location is visible to nearby users.
- Only users within 150 metres receive the alert (except "Trusted" contacts).
- Alerts expire after 5 minutes.
During "Suspicious situation" alerts: your exact location is not shared.
